Now Hiring: Parts Worker - Katy, Texas (Warehouse Associate \| Parts Technician \| Heavy Equipment Parts Jobs) Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Worker to support our growing operations in Katy, TX. This hands-on position plays a key role in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch locations. Top Benefits for Parts Workers: Great Work-Life Balance Opportunities for Overtime Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays What You'll Do as a Parts Worker: Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs Process all orders accurately by the end of each shift Check in incoming parts deliveries Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed Assist with loading/unloading the shuttle truck Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a warehouse environment Previous forklift operation experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled areas Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems Strong commitment to safe work practices Preferred Experience: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prior experience in heavy equipment parts, distribution, or industrial supply chains Join Mustang Cat and be part of a team powering the construction and infrastructure of Texas.
