Nursing Administrator- Patient Care, Hery Ford West Bloomfield Hospital

Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is searching for a Nursing Administrator. Reporting to the hospital Chief Nursing Officer, this leader will be accountable for nursing practice and all operations, including budget for the labor and delivery and mother/baby service lines. Responsible for policy development and implementation within these areas of responsibility resulting in meeting all professional regulatory and system requirements. Responsibilities include development of patient care systems, collaborative practice initiatives and implementation of quality improvement and safety programs that are aligned with system strategic initiatives. Accountable for establishing collaborative relationships with medical group, hospital and other service line leaders.
