• Estimated annual base pay: $29.81 (minimum) - $38.46 (midpoint) - $47.60 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime IF APPLICABLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Transactional Support: Manage orders, coordinate logistics, facilitate transactional processes.
• Solicitation Management: Manage the supplier request for quote/solicitation process. Engage with internal stakeholders to effectively document requirements and effectively convey requirements of solicitation to suppliers.
• Strategic Supply Chain Initiative Oversight and Support: Participate in and support strategic supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Enter and maintain accurate supply chain data in the system, generating regular reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Run reports, aggregate data and develop a cohesive narrative around the data reported.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and timely deliveries.
• Self-Starter: Autonomous work in sometimes ambiguous environments
• Technical and Supply Category Competence: Understanding of technical processes, components and their applications.
• Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the supply chain to maintain smooth operations. Participate in and occasionally lead continuous improvement using industry tools.
• Digital Dexterity: ability to operate and transact within multiple business systems and enterprise software
• Project Management: Ability to manage, assign, and track multiple tasks multiple tasks within a broader project scope
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision making processes. Leverage analytics to manage transactional processes.
• Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders to coordinate supply chain activities. Able to effectively influence stakeholders inside and outside of business.
• Negotiation and supplier engagement skills: Complete initial supplier negotiations and engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively with various departments to coordinate activities and achieve common supply chain goals.
