What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity at the location, promptly communicating information to Allied Universal management and/or designated client contacts.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information and direction as required, while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Complete required documentation, such as incident reports and daily activity logs, in accordance with Allied Universal and client site expectations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when necessary, supporting a coordinated response to incidents at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
• A valid Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
