Forklift Operator

Pay & Schedule:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for safely operating sit-down and/or clamp forklifts to move, stack, and count merchandise. You may also assist with order filling, checking, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts, clamp, or push-pull equipment.
• Pull, prepare, and stage products for shipment.
• Verify product counts, maintain accurate shipping and inventory records, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Perform equipment inspections before operation and report any safety or maintenance issues promptly.
• Operate RF scanning equipment for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 months of forklift experience (sit-down or clamp).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills (Excel and RF scanner experience preferred).
• Ability to work in variable temperatures, lighting, and noise levels.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Must be able to obtain NFI forklift certification.
