The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of electrical and mechanical assembly operators, ensuring that production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. The supervisor plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The supervisor is also responsible for allocating personnel, material, and equipment resources to meet production schedules; monitoring performance; adjusting resources as necessary; and coordinating with other Manufacturing Departments (i.e. Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Materials) to obtain necessary support. Nature of Duties: 
 
 
 Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical operators in the assembly, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipmentWork closely with production teams to ensure equipment is optimized for efficient manufacturing processesPlan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and production targetsMonitor output against schedule and adjust resources (personnel, equipment) as necessaryWork with Operations Manager to develop manpower forecast and schedulesTroubleshoot production problems including material, equipment and customer specificationsConduct performance evaluations and provide timely feedback and coaching for continous improvementCollaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance and other manufacturing departments to identify problem areas and align activities with production goalsMonitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure product quality standards are metProvide guidance on technologies, establish performance goals, and ensure team is well-trained on manufacturing processes and operationsDevelop and execute corrective action as necessary to address issuesEnsure safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits of machinery and equipment are performed on a regular basisManage data pipelines to gather and analyze manufacturing data for insights into production performance, quality, and resource utilization
 
 
 Education and Experience: 
 
 
 High School Diploma required; and diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is desired5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisor or leadership position Proficiency with computer and software tools and strong math skills requiredExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlinesStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equiptment, and qualtiy control standardsMust be able to communicate in both written and spoken English
