Regional Facility Management Operations Leader - JLL What this job involves: As a Regional Facility Management Operations Leader at JLL, you will oversee and optimize facility management operations across multiple sites while driving excellence in safety, performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This strategic leadership role requires you to ensure seamless integration of various functions while meeting contractual obligations and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You'll be instrumental in fostering a safety-first culture, managing high-performing teams, and implementing innovative facility management solutions that reflect JLL's commitment to transformative real estate solutions and operational excellence across the Massachusetts region. What your day-to-day will look like: * Foster a safety-first culture through proactive measures, recognition programs, and comprehensive safety leadership initiatives * Manage and develop high-performing teams across different sites and functions while promoting professional growth * Monitor and improve client satisfaction through KPI tracking and regular quality assurance surveys * Oversee integration of Project Delivery Services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Operations for seamless service delivery * Manage budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives across multiple sites while maintaining service quality * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and achieve performance goals through strategic oversight * Lead energy conservation efforts and promote sustainable practices across all managed facilities * Introduce and implement innovative facility management solutions to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in facility management leadership roles with proven track record * Ability to travel frequently (approximately 80% or 4 days per week) throughout Massachusetts to client sites * Proven experience managing large-scale facility operations and teams across multiple locations * Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management * Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management operations Preferred Qualifications: * Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA credentials * General knowledge of project management principles and practices * Familiarity with lean management techniques and continuous improvement methodologies * Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service * Background in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives * Experience with cross-functional collaboration and service delivery enhancement Location: Regional (Massachusetts) Travel: 80% travel required (approximately 4 days per week) Estimated compensation for this position: 156,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
