The Bellevue office is Snowflake's second largest office, newly built out in the Spring District community. With over 800+ employees, it is a bustling Engineering hub designed as the quintessential Snowflake experience. This role will remotely manage two other smaller offices in the region, Denver and Chicago. You are an extremely thorough self-starter who possesses outstanding Workplace/Facility management & organizational skills, and who demonstrates diligence and attention to detail. You will be the linchpin of our Bellevue office and be critical to the smooth running of the workplace. You will be comfortable taking the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision, be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities and short deadlines, and have the ability to coordinate with multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Reporting to the Manager of Workplace Services, you will be integral in driving the development of facility operations and supporting the full Snowflake employee experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:
