 We're looking for a Wholesale Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers and drive success in our wholesale mortgage channel. In this role, you'll oversee daily sales operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure efficient loan pipeline management. You'll partner with leadership to set goals, monitor performance, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties:  
  Lead a team of high-performing and engaged employees through effective people leadership practices including regular communication of performance expectations and feedback to employees to maintain high team performance; provide coaching and corrective action as required; actively support employee professional growth and developmentOversee the day-to-day activities of the Account Managers (AM), ensuring consistent execution of sales processes, partner service standards, and pipeline managementMonitor loan pipelines and assist AMs with loan-level scenarios, structuring, and submissions, ensuring files move efficiently through the processPartner with the VP of Wholesale Lending to set sales goals and continually assess the performance of the sales team, making the necessary adjustments to drive sales and meet organizational goalsCoordinate and lead regular sales huddles, one-on-one meetings, and performance reviews to keep the team aligned and motivatedProvide feedback from the field to leadership on competitive intelligence, pricing, and process improvement opportunitiesEnsure adherence to compliance, risk, and regulatory standards in all sales activities, escalating issues as neededFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team Essential Skills: 
  Minimum 5 years' experience in mortgage sales, including sales processes, operations, data analytics, and/or quantitative marketingExperience leading and coaching employees to increase production and overall performance is preferredAbility to identify and break down complex business problems and develop recommendationsAbility to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to successfully influence at all levels of the organizationAble to articulate complex concepts while tailoring the message to different audiences including clients, member support team, and senior leadershipStrong knowledge of banking regulations including Reg Z, Reg B, and RESPAStrong knowledge of mortgage options such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or FHAWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and loan operations software (Encompass preferred)Certification/License: NMLS registrationMinimum Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred Location: Full Time Remote, but employee MUST reside in one of the following states:

Target Compensation Range: 
  $100,000 to $115,000+ annual bonus Target Compensation Range (CA only)
  : $110,000 to $126,500 + annual bonus Benefits options include:
