| Genesis10 is seeking a Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst hybrid. This is a 3-month contract to hire position with a client located in Columbus, OH.
 Compensation: $65.00-75.00/HR W2
 
 Job Description:
 
 The individual in this role will be a thought leader and experienced in the utilization of Project Management and Requirements Gathering techniques. Working independently, the candidate must be capable of leading by role or influence. To be successful the candidate must be driven and well organized. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated, tenacious and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This individual is expected to help lead relationships with the business, cross-impacted IT teams, and 3 rd party vendors.
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needsPerform data mapping and gap analysis to analyze exiting processes. Recommend enhancements to processesDesign and develop use-cases for future-state processes/workflowsStrong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a vast array of informationProject or Program manager experience with ability to manage scope, budget, schedule.Strong knowledge in software delivery: Waterfall, Agile/Iterative, and/or ScrumDefining and documenting business and functional requirements on complex, highly visible projects.Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecyclesProactively identify risks, and drive action to prioritize, mitigate, and resolve issuesFamiliarity with technical documentation (process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, user experience, application maps, test plans, use cases, test cases, etc.)Create and maintain project plans and schedulesProvide mentorship to junior team members
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 Bachelor's Degree in a Technology Field7-10 years experience in Technical Leadership/Project ManagementStrong experience utilizing project management toolsUnderstanding of project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, agile/scrum) and project management standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst; capable of gathering requirements across multiple teams.Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsStrong aptitude in both business and technologyAbility to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize themHigh-level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with team members and business partners.
