Job Title: Test Technician Level 3 - PCMM Technician (Large-Scale Part Inspection)

Client is seeking skilled Test Technicians (Level 3) with strong Portable CMM (PCMM) experience to perform precision inspection of large-scale machined components. This position supports critical manufacturing operations, ensuring all parts meet engineering and quality standards throughout multiple stages of production.

You'll work closely with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to verify dimensional accuracy, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

  Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections on large machined components using PCMM equipment and precision measurement tools.

  Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.

  Accurately document inspection results, discrepancies, and corrective actions.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address dimensional and process issues.

  Maintain calibration of PCMM and inspection tools.

  Follow all Client and facility safety and quality procedures.

  
  

• 
  

  3+ years of experience as a Test Technician, PCMM Technician, or Quality Inspector in a machining or manufacturing environment.

  Strong working knowledge of CMM/PCMM inspection methods and dimensional metrology.

  Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T.

  Experience with large-scale precision components preferred.

  High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification a plus.
