 Overview The Collections Representative II is responsible for analyzing policy detail, report data, and company policy to determine the best course of action for aged receivable balances. Timely resolution of the aged balances is accomplished through obtainment of payment, revision, write off, or referral to third party collection vendors. This position supports preservation of AmTrust's reputation and assets by providing excellent levels of customer service and sound receivable resolutions to all internal and external customers. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
