| POSITION OVERVIEW:  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage daily operations of enterprise servers and virtualized environments, including provisioning, monitoring, patching, updates, and ongoing maintenance 2. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of virtualized and physical server environments 3. Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with architecture, data center, and database teams 4. Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and support new initiatives or workloads 6. Manage, lead, and develop a team of high-performing system administrators and virtualization specialists, fostering skills growth and operational excellence 7. Perform other duties as assigned 8.
