 What you need to succeedWork with the Technical SEO team to drive the SEO and GEO strategy roadmap and implementation, ensuring the website crawling, indexing, and rendering at an enterprise level.Partner with engineering and product teams to implement site architecture, internal linking, hreflang, and URL changes.Evaluate and improve Core Web Vitals, webpage speed, and site performance to boost rankings and user experience.Lead all aspects of log file analysis, crawling, and monitor indexing to identify technical problems and assess outcomes.Offer advice on rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, CSR) to guarantee content access for both users and bots.Support large-scale site migrations and platform transitions, ensuring.Develop processes for structured data (Schema.org, JSON-LD) to improve search visibility across content types.Engage with multiple functions to develop data-driven roadmaps, promote SEO and GEO priorities.Stay up-to-date on organic search (Google search features, generative engine options) and discover new ways to increase visibility.Clearly communicate technical recommendations to executive collaborators and non-technical teams. 
 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $98,800 -- $183,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.7-10 years of hands-on SEO experience, with deep expertise in technical SEO for enterprise-scale websites.Proven success leading large site migrations, consolidations, or re-platforming projects.Proficient knowledge of search engine crawling, rendering, indexing, and ranking mechanisms.Mastery in log file analysis and enterprise SEO tools like Lumar, Botify, OnCrawl, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.Background in improving web performance and Core Web Vitals.Proficiency in contemporary web frameworks like React, Next.js, and Angular, as well as various rendering methods such as SSR, SSG, and CSR.Knowledge of SQL, Python, and JS or similar for data analysis and Technical SEO debugging.Experience developing structured data strategies and validating implementation.Excellent project management skills; capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives and influencing cross-functional collaborators.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executives and partners. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
