Director, Enterprise Architecture

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Director to join our team!

The Director, Enterprise Architecture will lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide technology strategy. The Director will shape the technical roadmap directed towards building scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures that enable innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. A strong focus of this role includes driving cloud adoption, strengthening governance frameworks, and advancing digital transformation while bridging the gap between business vision and technical delivery.

The Director, Enterprise Architecture will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align our platforms, data, and applications with long-term corporate growth objectives, while driving modernization, cost efficiency, and resilience. This role requires both deep technical expertise and the leadership ability to influence at the executive level, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver architecture that creates measurable business value.

How do I make an impact on my team?

Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring technology enables business priorities.
• Establish and lead architecture review processes, frameworks, and principles to promote standardization, quality, and compliance.
• Drive adoption of scalable cloud-first platforms and integration patterns to drive modernization initiatives
• Ensure high availability, cost efficiency and operational excellence across the cloud operations landscape.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions to inform strategic decisions and strengthen competitive advantage.
• Build and mentor a team of architects and technical leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure architectural designs align with best practices for security and risk management.
• Define and report metrics and success criteria to measure architectural effectiveness, adoption, and return on investment.
• Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

What our team expects from you?

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology or equivalent work experience in Enterprise Architecture or Cloud Operations required.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Cloud Operations required.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles required.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across development, security, infrastructure, and data required.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), integration frameworks, data governance, and security principles required.
• Experience in highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, health care, financial/credit card.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
