Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 2 years of relevant experience to join our Taxation Practice Group in Tampa.
Qualified candidates will have experience in tax-side transactional work, advising clients on tax matters relating to M&A, finance, funds, and real estate, as well as general tax work. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Our ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in a Tax-related field. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve, and a strong desire to contribute to a team. AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
