Description Core Responsibilities * Assist in hardware setup, imaging, and basic workstation configuration for Epic-related devices. * Support on-site validation activities alongside specialists to ensure devices are Epic-ready. * Conduct basic workstation checks (connectivity, login, printing, single sign-on). * Help update and maintain the Epic master hardware spreadsheet under direction. * Assist with the configuration and testing of Epic Workstation (LWS) and Print Records (EPR) following documented procedures. * Perform initial troubleshooting for workstation or printing issues and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. * Participate in Epic go-live events to assist with device setup and end-user support. * Shadow other team members on site assessments, validations, and Epic print queue management. * Learn to use internal scripts and tools for validation, kiosk setup, and printer configuration. Expected Skills / Experience * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Eagerness to learn Epic environment structure and endpoint management concepts. * Typically 2-4 years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
