 Responsibilities As a Software Engineer IIon the Microsoftteamyou will: Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to plan, build, and deliver customer-focused features that drive measurable business impact. Design and implement scalable, reliable, and observable services emphasizing performance, maintainability, and operational excellence. Troubleshoot and optimize reliability, performance, and monitoring across production systems to ensure high availability and quality. Use AI-assisted tools and modern development frameworks to increase engineering velocity and integrate intelligent capabilities into products. Contribute to engineering excellence through clean, maintainable code, design and code reviews, and technical mentorship.
