OverviewMicrosoft's Cloud & AI Revenue Team has an exceptional opportunity! We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support key analysis on Azure growth levers such as pricing concession, optimizations, fraud detection, as well as lead the Commerce Prioritization process to help the business prioritize new initiatives based on criticality of business needs. The Azure Revenue team operates at the heart of Microsoft's Cloud & AI business, owning revenue at an all-up level across Azure. This team drives clarity and alignment in a highly matrixed organization, influencing decisions that impact multi-billion-dollar revenue streams. Beyond traditional finance, the role offers exposure to strategic initiatives like commerce prioritization and growth driver analysis, requiring collaboration with engineering and finance stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesAzure Growth Drivers: Drive deep understanding and lead rhythm of business for Azure growth drivers such as pricing concession, optimizations, fraud detection. Turn ambiguous and complex data into clear narratives by creating analysis and reporting on growth drivers that connects to business performance. Work across multiple stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and follow up on actions. Commerce Prioritization: Build effective process to manage and coordinate Commerce Prioritization work stream.Owning stakeholder management across multiple finance groups and engineering groups. Create clarity and transparency on prioritization decisions. Protect:Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies. Collaborates with Compliance groups to ensure team is current on company policies and procedures.Other:Embody our culture and values. | |
