As a Finance Partnering Manager, you will use your finance expertise to build partnerships with the business, and help drive the strategic business plan, supporting strategy and decision making with critical financial insights.

  • Managing Governance process
  • Keeping key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business.
  • Supporting the Business Unit in bringing together GSK departments to fix finance issues.
  • Assisting with Market/Business Unit Strategy, supporting development of overall strategy for Business Unit and contributing to strategic business plan
  • Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization
  • Assisting with Management presentations
  • Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to display key attributes of successful finance partnering including:

o Business knowledge

o Technical finance knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective financial management for a complex organization using technical expertise and analytical skills
  • Understanding of financial systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Advanced degree in finance
  • Effective knowledge of all accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Developing highly effective working relationships and to achieve the partnership status with your business
