Your Impact:
  • Completing maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more
  • Preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining curb appeal
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Maintaining property grounds, common areas, and seasonal upkeep
  • Collaborating with vendors and supporting property team as needed
What You'll Bring:
  • 1+ year of maintenance or trade experience
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • HVAC EPA (Type II or Universal) and CPO certification preferred, or willing to obtain
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
