Located in Milwaukee's Theater District, Saint Kate serves as a creative hub for the city - where art, hospitality, and community come together. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring every space reflects the care and creativity that define the Saint Kate experience.

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet Saint Kate and Marcus Hotels & Resorts standards.

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality presentation.

• Assist with scheduling, training, and motivating housekeeping associates to achieve excellence and efficiency.

• Maintain communication between the housekeeping, front office, and engineering departments to ensure timely room readiness.

• Monitor supply inventories, linen usage, and equipment to ensure proper control and availability.

• Support and participate in associate development and recognition programs.

• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and security procedures while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.

• Step in to assist with cleaning duties or special projects as needed to meet business demands.

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to inspire and support a team while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
