Position Title: Project Coordinator II Work Location: Mettawa, IL 60045 Assignment Duration: 6 months Work Schedule: M-F ; 8:00 - 4:30 Work Arrangement: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: * We would need these Candidates to be knowledgeable on Microsoft Suite and Call Center experience. * Manage relationship with Field Sales Representatives and third-party fulfillment vendor. * Troubleshoot escalated Veeva (Sales Force) issues reported from the field. * Address shipping and track & trace incidents with fulfillment vendor. * Manages monthly shipping reports for each franchise that includes monthly/historical shipping data. * Manages the DTP email box and Hotline phone coverage. * Responsible for working or triaging Help Desk cases assigned to Sample Operations. * Manages Acknowledgement of Content (AOC) follow ups as well as product replacement requests. Qualification & Experience: * High School Degree plus 3-5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Associate's/Bachelor's Degree a plus * Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures. * General understanding of business unit/group function. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. * Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations. * Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. * Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. * Has a broad knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment. | |
