We're looking for a passionate Business Systems Consultant (BSC) to join our team and help drive innovation in our strategic planning and business initiatives. You will work with the Marketing Service process. We track leads through the sales funnel and help the marketing team understand what is working and isn't working. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) Business Systems Consultant I: $75,000 - 90,000, plus annual bonus. Business Systems Consultant III: $ 90,000 - $105,000, plus annual bonus. Business Systems Consultant III: $105,000 - $120,000, plus annual bonus. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Represent architectural perspectives in strategic planning and business Collaborate seamlessly within the team and across departments. Build and maintain test matrices for project validation. Develop and execute test automation strategies. Analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and solve complex issues. Write clear, accessible documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Leverage technical contributions to drive innovation. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Consultant or in a similar role bridging business and technology. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and comfort working across multiple database types. Experience designing and maintaining test matrices, automation testing frameworks, and process validation tools. Strong technical understanding of enterprise systems, workflows, and integrations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying technical information for non-technical audiences. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
