Executive Assistant

STS Technical Services is hiring an Executive Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position supports senior executives by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, and coordinating administrative functions that keep the organization running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel logistics.
  
• Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  
• Screen calls, emails, and meeting requests to optimize executive productivity.
  
• Process expense reports and maintain department budgets.
  
• Support meetings by preparing agendas, compiling materials, and recording minutes.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate company events, town halls, and off-site meetings.
  
• Track deadlines, action items, and follow up on executive deliverables.
  
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure efficient information management.
  

• 5-10 years of executive assistant or senior administrative support experience.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  
• Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
