Are you looking for a hands-on role where your work directly keeps production moving and makes a difference every day?



We're looking for a motivated Material Handler with Forklift operating experience in Batesville, MS to join our team and play a vital role in keeping production on track. In this position, you'll ensure materials are stocked, organized, and moving efficiently between departments to support smooth, uninterrupted operations. We are looking candidates for our second shift - Monday to Thursday 4:15pm-2:30am, with overtime as needed Fridays and Saturdays.



The starting hourly rate is $16.50-$18.00 per hour depending on experience and shift schedule.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure that the slitter and sewing lines have all necessary materials and supplies readily available to maintain smooth and continuous production throughout each shift.
  • Safely load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished goods between work areas and storage locations across the facility.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment by following company housekeeping standards and supporting daily safety routines.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment efficiently and safely once training and certification requirements are met.
  • Conduct required safety inspections on forklifts and perform basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment in safe working condition.
  • Assist with rotating inventory, labeling materials, and supporting the shipping and receiving process to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.
  • Provide assistance to production teams and supervisors as needed, helping with special projects or additional tasks that support manufacturing operations.


What We Need

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Experience: Minimum of two years working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift is highly preferred
  • Valid CDL license is highly preferred
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, production documents, and maintenance procedures. Basic math and measurement skills are required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., and handle materials or equipment throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working around machinery and in variable temperatures within the warehouse environment.
