Senior Talent Advisor (Stellarus)

Your Role

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for delivering innovative recruiting solutions to the Enterprise. The Talent Advisor, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role you will function as a recruiting partner to our Information Technology business entity: Stellarus. The Talent Advisor, Senior works within a team of IT focused recruiters who closely partner with hiring leaders to identify and recruit technical talent. In addition, the Talent Advisor may be deployed to support other business units within the Enterprise as needed.

Your Knowledge and Experience

* Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience

* At least 5 years of technical recruitment experience preferred.

* A proven track record of organization skills that can flex to manage niche skill sets as well as a high volume of requisitions.

* Demonstrates proven strong written communication skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformative environment with a positive outlook.

* Proven track record of demonstrated independent thinking, innovation of technical & sourcing capabilities, and a high degree of demonstrated self-initiative and ownership of work.
