Ellumen is seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer to drive the digital transformation of paper-based workflows into streamlined, data-driven systems. This work will increase efficiency, improve accuracy, and enhance service delivery across Metro's operational areas. Position Summary The Lead Process Engineer will lead the analysis, redesign, and digitization of critical workflows. This role will manage cross-functional collaboration, ensure compliance with governance standards, and align process improvements with organizational goals. Major Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end workflow analysis and redesign efforts. Coordinate with business units, IT, and leadership to develop optimized digital processes. Identify process inefficiencies and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with data governance and accessibility requirements. Minimum Qualifications US Citizen with ability to obtain clearance ( Active clearance preferred) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering or related field 7+ years of process engineering experience Proven success moving manual workflows to digital platforms Strong project management and collaboration skills Understanding of union and labor relations environments
