We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to accelerate commercial growth within the biller segment. This role is focused on acquiring new business through proactive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing a qualified pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting (50%)


  • Proactively source and qualify new leads via cold outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries and geographies.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.


Contract Negotiation & Onboarding (20%)


  • Negotiate favorable contract terms with prospective clients.
  • Ensure seamless progression from contract execution to active transaction flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite onboarding and remove activation barriers.


Sales Tracking & Reporting (20%)


  • Monitor outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.


Market Intelligence & Collaboration (10%)


  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support lead generation campaigns.


Qualifications
Experience


  • 1-3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.


Education


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.


Technical Skills


  • CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce): Intermediate - manage leads, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate records.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate - create presentations, manage outreach lists, and communicate professionally.
  • Market Research Tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator): Basic - identify and qualify prospects.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Basic - interpret sales metrics and dashboards.
