Job DescriptionThe Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we expand globally. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs, Acquirers, and other payment ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the B2B market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world. The B2B Acceptance Strategic Merchant team is responsible for expanding Commercial Acceptance with B2B Merchants. The Director Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving net new acceptance with B2B Merchants by leveraging creative solutions that deliver value to all parties involved. This newly created role will also lead Visa's efforts in retaining and recapturing supplier spend that has migrated away from the Visa network. The Director will engage directly with suppliers to articulate the value of Visa acceptance and collaborate with buyers to secure endorsement and drive engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker and proactive relationship builder with strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of B2B payment ecosystems. Key Responsibilities:

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 10-20% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,600 to 232,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
