Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to lead our university recruiting efforts with a focus on co-op hiring programs. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process-from campus engagement and candidate sourcing to selection and onboarding-ensuring a strong pipeline of early-career talent aligned with our business needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will serve as a brand ambassador, building lasting partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to attract diverse, high-potential talent.

What You'll Do

Campus & Candidate Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student groups to drive awareness of co-op opportunities.
  • Represent Kokosing at campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking activities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for students throughout the recruiting process, providing a positive and transparent candidate experience.

Recruitment & Program Management

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for co-op roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and ensure a consistent and inclusive selection process.
  • Manage co-op program logistics including onboarding, orientation, performance check-ins, and program evaluations.
  • Track key metrics related to hiring volume, conversion rates, and diversity goals; report insights to leadership.

Process & Project Management

  • Coordinate recruiting timelines and deliverables to meet hiring targets across multiple universities and disciplines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within Workday and recruiting dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall campus recruiting strategy.

What You'll Add to the Team

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in campus, university, or early-career recruiting (or transferable experience in talent acquisition, HR, or program coordination).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Preferred

  • Experience managing co-op or internship programs within a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday, or other ATS platforms and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of university recruiting cycles and best practices for early talent engagement.
