Continuous Improvement Specialist We're looking for a motivatedContinuous Improvement Specialistto join our team and help drive meaningful change across our network. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement effective solutions, and promote standardization using proven methodologies like Lean. You'll coach teams in applying Lean principles, build habits that lead to lasting improvements, and help translate complex workflows into clear, actionable standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to problem-solving efforts, foster collaboration, and support the development of scalable, repeatable solutions, while growing your own expertise in continuous improvement.
