6 month W2 contract (with potential to extend or transition to perm)
Pay rate: $30-36/hr - Depending on Education and Experience

Schedule:

* Must be able to work on-site on Oakland campus twice a week during standard business hours
* Work Hours - 8:30am - 5pm PT
Summary:

You will provide administrative and operational support to the T&E team. This position requires experience in financial and clerical processes while supporting timely and accurate payment processing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily payment processing activities including data entry and compliance checking (Accounting Experience Preferred)
• Monitor servicenow inboxes and respond to routine inquiries or forward to appropriate staff
• Support the Guest & Student Reimbursement Process including vendor communication and internal documentation
• Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

Skills or Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Rapidly assimilates new information and complex concepts Quickly masters new systems, processes, and technologies Demonstrates strong learning agility across diverse subject matters Adapts swiftly to evolving business requirements and technical platforms Accelerates onboarding through fast comprehension of operational framework Basic understanding of financial or accounting principles required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with Concur or Workday is a strong plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Min Rate: $25.20
Estimated Max Rate: $36.00
