About the Position As our Office Aide in Early Disposition Court (EDC), you will be responsible for completing mail runs, various clerical duties, and supply maintenance. We Require
Six months of office clerical experience, which includes customer service High school diploma or GED A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Handle the pick-up and delivery of mail, legal materials, documents, and equipment among various departments Receive, sort, and distribute mail Assist clients, family members, and members of the public at the public window Answer the telephone; screen, log, and direct calls to the appropriate staff Copy, scan, and organize materials and documents Perform copier upkeep by stocking paper, requesting toner replacements, and submitting requests for technical support when the copier requires maintenance and troubleshooting. Stock supplies Move boxes and other large items; handle minor office housekeeping duties Perform miscellaneous routine clerical tasks
Working Conditions
Work is conducted in a typical office environment in close physical proximity with others, with frequently changing tasks, frequent public contact, and exposure to traumatic subject matters (crime scenes, accidents, etc.) Ability to lift 25-50 pounds floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead; carry 25-50 pounds 100 feet, and push/pull 25-50 pounds a distance of 1000 feet Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona driver's license upon hire Hybrid and alternative work schedule options are available after training, based on business needs
