Job Description

The Auto Subrogation Processing Support Associate II provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. The job may utilize a variety of systems or channels to complete a range of tasks utilizing standard organizational processes and procedures. Please be advised, a preferred candidate has been identified for this role by leadership. Key Responsibilities

* Serves customers with empathy and compassion

* Provide information to customers on claim status and answer inquiries on existing claims

* Manage an auto subrogation claim pending

* Contact government agencies to negotiate settlement of auto subrogation claims

* Review releases from government agencies

* Generate and send appropriate letters to insureds

* Clearly and accurately document all action taken into the claim at every touchpoint

* Tracks and reports system and/or policy issues

* Validates, edits and corrects data

* Responds promptly and consistently to changing needs and circumstances

* Performs routine changes that require a basic knowledge of company policy and insurance guidelines

* Receives and responds to communications exchanging and verifying relevant information to provide routine support from internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners

* Uses established tools and procedures to identify, organize and categorize information

* Processes data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines

Education

* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

* 0-2 years Auto Claims experience (Preferred)

* 0-2 years Subrogation experience (Preferred)

* Next Gen experience

* Strong organizational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Clear professional communication - both written and verbal

Supervisory Responsibilities

* This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $17.31 - 23.80 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
