As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, engaging with employees and visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service through strong communication. This position requires a valid driver's license as part of our driving requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, while supporting emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm manner, using problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter, adapting to various working environments and conditions specific to the technology and telecommunications sector.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior through visible presence and professional conduct.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.
• Collaborate with site personnel and other team members to maintain a secure environment within the technology-focused location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
