If you are located in Florida, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and active, daily maintenance of data base/system necessary to meet state agency requirements related to member benefits
  • Working with an analyst to complete ad hoc reports related to utilization
  • Interface with a variety of teams including internal clinical staff, member services and providing-facing teams to manage state agency deliverables
  • Use creativity to solve problems with a variety of plan staff including plan leadership
  • Work with other C&S markets to implement best practices and lessons learned on maintenance of data base/system
  • Share best practices and support state agency goals and objectives
    Drive consistency and efficient processes
  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing self-proficiency in the use of quality tools and methods
  • Manage assigned special projects to completion within target date

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of healthcare experience in any healthcare setting
  • 2+ years in database management, entry and tracking experience
  • 1+ years of Managed Care Experience
  • Experience managing and organizing meetings with multiple participants
  • Demonstrated well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Proven ability to work with a large group and follow a project timeline to completion
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Reside in state of Florida

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program Management Certification
  • Experience working managed care
  • Experience preparing PPT presentations and presenting data
  • Proven excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present data

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
