Location: Remote | Duration: ~8 weeks | Hours: Approximately 275 (part-time)

Togetherwork is launching a company-wide compensation refresh, and we're seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to help us design a scalable, market-aligned framework that supports our growth and talent strategy.

  Validate and clean current job data (approximately 366 titles)

  Develop a clear job function and classification taxonomy

  Align job levels across roles and departments

  
  
• 
  

  Lead market benchmarking and pay range modeling

  Deliver a validated, scalable compensation framework by January 2026

  Proven experience leading job leveling or compensation benchmarking projects

  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  Familiarity with SaaS or high-growth environments preferred
