Overview

This position is responsible for supporting all Professional Services Engagements under the defined project management guidelines, and the management of the staff assigned to Supervisor. Critical to this role is focusing on ensuring that all active customers are satisfied with their solutions, and are getting the desired/defined results. This position includes managing the productivity of the team and ensuring project success through consistent process execution. Functions as the Supervisor for the Professional Services team with direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the assigned Engineers, including staff management, task management, customer support, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

* Ensure Projector is current daily and that projects have full resource plans to support forecasting

* Participates in all Project Kickoffs, or backups up the Professional Services Manager

* Quarterly goals defined and monitored via Success Factors for all staff

* Ensure engineers are following all project process, including Peer Reviews and Story\Task Updates

* Regular meeting schedule with staff and individual 1-on-1's

* Responsible for ensuring company policies, national procedures and best practices are followed.

* Review weekly project status reports

* Daily time entry and approval

* Maintain visibility to Review project % complete to burn-rate

* Develops and executes work schedules and staffing models based on customer demographics and customer demand.

Moreover, determines the skills required to service current and future customers, based on products and services deployed.

  • Develops human capital through mentoring, formal training and organizational collaboration. Ensures that staff consistently meets the training and certification requirements, and assist in developing the overall training plan for the department.
  • Manages divisional/departmental service levels and participates in the optimization of service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Coaches and mentors' staff to achieve service excellence and career growth, while retaining the best and brightest resources within the department.
  • Maintains self-education as it pertains to essential certifications needed for the ECM Services Supervisor position
  • Other duties, as assigned by Management

Qualifications

* Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a business curriculum from an accredited school and/ or equivalent work experience

* 5+ years of experience in delivering Professional Services and/or leading service delivery teams

* 5+ years of experience in ECM or a related industry

* 3+ years OnBase experience

* 5+ years of experience providing solutions relating to business process improvement

*Experience servicing internal and external customers

* Experience working with external vendors/ partners

* Previous experience within Hyland Software solutions

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

* High aptitude and understanding of technology

* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

* Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision

* Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Demonstrated working knowledge of computer applications. Will need strong computer skills to master the systems used by the organization

* Intermediate to advance skills using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and other office products (or the Google Suite)

* Ability to work in a fluid and changing environment

* Passionate about delivering value, customer satisfaction, service mentality

* Strong organization and prioritization skills

* High level of integrity and follow through

* Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others
