Proposal Analyst - Archimedes

The Proposal Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving client acquisition and retention for Archimedes. This position is responsible for leading the development and management of strategic, competitive, and customer-focused responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and standalone proposals. Working cross-functionally across departments and levels, the Proposal Analyst ensures that each proposal reflects agreed-upon strategies and presents a compelling case for our solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development Operations, this role requires exceptional project and time management skills, keen attention to detail, and strong writing acumen. The Proposal Analyst collaborates with subject matter experts, sales, and leadership to deliver high-quality proposals that support business growth and client success.

This position could be located in our Earth City Location or Remote

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for proposal content management system.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and templates.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Ensure content aligns with Archimedes' value proposition and capabilities.
• Utilize project management skills to initiate, collect, and deliver tasks in collaboration with cross-functional SMEs.
• Support improved efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying and providing insights into streamlining proposal processes.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Background Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

• Experience:
  • 2+ years' experience in a health care related field required, preferably in pharmacy benefit management.
  • Strategic proposal content management and development or similar related experience required.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Experience working with quality outputs in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where tight time frames and strict deadlines are the norm required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products at the advanced level required.
