PA/NP - Ambulatory Cardiology - Grand Rapids & Greenville, Michigan

Join our growing Corewell Health Cardiovascular Medicine team! We're seeking a full-time, highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide exceptional outpatient cardiovascular care at our Bradford and Greenville clinic locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring individual who is passionate about heart health and eager to grow their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate has experience in providing cardiovascular clinical care.

The APP will partner with our physicians and care team to manage a variety of cardiovascular conditions, emphasizing quality, compassion, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner:

  • Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master's, post-master's or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
  • 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience
  • Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
  • LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)

Physician Assistant:

  • Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
  • LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
  • CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
  • CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
