You Are:

A Client Partner within the Health Tech industry who will have the exciting challenge of growing and expanding Digital Transformation solutions business across the Health Tech vertical You will have good experience in Pharmacy plus Retail Domain and in addition, Healthcare will be great plus. You will serve as a strategic advisor and the primary point of contact for key client accounts, Primarily responsible for driving account growth and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with delivery, sales, and executive teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and oversee the execution of engagements to achieve business objectives.

The Opportunity:



  • Must be able to meet with client stakeholders in person as much as possible.
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
    Understand the client's business goals, IT strategies, and industry trends to offer relevant solutions and advice.
    Regularly meet with client stakeholders to discuss business needs, satisfaction, and identify areas for potential service enhancement.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan, focused on expanding service offerings and growing revenue within the account.
    Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing additional services or solutions that align with client needs.
    Collaborate with sales teams to forecast and track key account metrics and meet financial targets.
  • Manage client feedback processes, handle escalations, and proactively resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    Leverage data insights to make recommendations on account strategy, resource allocation, and risk management.
    Present account updates to senior management and other relevant internal teams to keep them informed of key developments.



What you need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within the IT services industry preferably in Healthcare IT, with a background in account management, consulting, or service delivery.
    Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    Proven experience in growing account revenue and managing large accounts.
    Solid understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
    Analytical and strategic mindset, with a focus on results.
    Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams.


Bonus points:



  • Experience managing Fortune 500 clients.
    MBA or Master's degree
    Knowledge in Pharmacy plus Retail Domain and in addition, Healthcare will be great plus
    Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    Strong leadership and team-building skills.



Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Chicago, Illinois

Compensation Range: $ 150,000-$225,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
