Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.
Location preference is RTP, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. Candidates will be considered from other locations within the U.S. with the exception of California Bay Area and New York metro (will only be considered internally).
Hours will include operating in Pacific Standard Time zone.
Meet the Team You will be working with the Product Management leaders for each of the products under the Access Switching BSE. In addition, you will interact with cross functional teams in supply chain, Central FP&A teams, finance leaders and controllers. The Enterprise Switching business is transitioning its existing fleet of C9K products to the next generation silicon one based products which would be both cloud & on prem capable through its converged HW and SW portfolio on par with the industry standards. This role will provide you the opportunity to work with product managers who are passionate about making a lasting impact to Cisco's switching business and are constantly looking for ways to align, improve and simplify in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
Your Impact You will be a Finance Analyst supporting the Enterprise Switching - Access Switching (BSE) for bookings, KPI and all value-add data analyses for the Access Switching business. You will work in partnership with Access switching Controller and the Product Management team that manage $7B in Annual bookings for this business. The key activities that you will be responsible for include the following: * Responsible for the monthly unit demand forecasting for the business * Provide valuable data analytics to product management teams = Product specific KPIs, pricing and margin analysis. * Support the long range /annual planning cycles for the BSE * ROI analysis for NPIs, cost reduction programs. * Provide analysis and support the functional deal assurance process for the business * Support the finance and product marketing team with ad hoc reporting requests for QBRs.
Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. * 2+ years' proven experience in FP&A and financial modeling * Strong communication and presentation skills * Proficiency with financial tools and large datasets and summarizing key findings. * Extensive knowledge of Excel, FINBI, Hyperion, PowerBI, PowerPoint skills are critical.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $98,300.00 to $127,800.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $105,400.00 - $157,500.00
