YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:The Manager, Talent Acquisition Coordinators will lead a centralized team of coordinators who support recruiting activities across the enterprise. This leader will oversee day-to-day scheduling, candidate logistics, travel and reimbursements, pre-onboarding tasks, and offer execution to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In addition to team leadership and process ownership, this manager will contribute individually to coordination work (approximately 40 percent of the time) to maintain hands-on expertise and support peak hiring periods. This role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can build systems and processes that scale.
