YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Coordinators will lead a centralized team of coordinators who support recruiting activities across the enterprise. This leader will oversee day-to-day scheduling, candidate logistics, travel and reimbursements, pre-onboarding tasks, and offer execution to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

In addition to team leadership and process ownership, this manager will contribute individually to coordination work (approximately 40 percent of the time) to maintain hands-on expertise and support peak hiring periods. This role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can build systems and processes that scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators supporting corporate, field, and office recruiting functions across the organization.

  • Set clear performance goals, establish service-level expectations, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion.

  • Drive standardization of processes and tools across coordination workflows to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Recruiting Operations to define and track key metrics related to recruiting support and operational efficiency.

Operational Execution (40% IC Work)

  • Manage complex scheduling and logistics for executive, technical, and high-volume interviews across multiple time zones and locations.

  • Support pre-onboarding processes including offer generation, background check initiation, and new-hire paperwork coordination.

  • Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursement activities in alignment with company policies and cost control guidelines.

  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex issues related to candidate logistics or system processes.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Payroll, and Finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of standard operating procedures for coordination workflows, training, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Systems team to optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and automation tools that enable efficient scheduling and data accuracy.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and self-service enablement to reduce manual effort and enhance the candidate and recruiter experience.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience

  • Champion a seamless, inclusive, and timely candidate journey from application through onboarding.

  • Ensure coordinators and recruiters uphold communication standards, brand representation, and confidentiality.

  • Continuously gather feedback from recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive experience improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Proven track record leading and developing coordination teams in high-volume or complex environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and calendar platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Outlook, Zoom, GoodTime).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Commitment to fostering inclusive practices and creating an equitable experience for all candidates.

  • Ability to work onsite at a Rosendin office as required.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity.

  • Can be an equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant work experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Pay Range

$147,200.00-$193,200.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
