The Learning Operations Specialist supports the logistical execution of DVU & Clinical learning programs, experiences, and assets under Wisdom's Learning Center of Excellence. The specialists responsibilities include moderating (producing) of virtual, instructor-led training sessions (technology setup and delivery), scheduling of sessions in Microsoft Teams and LMS, roster management and overall logistics for various learning experiences and programs. The specialist also manages responses related to training and curriculum support via the TMSS portal and administers other key functions in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

Logistics/Production:

  • Executes and moderates virtual instructor-led training sessions
  • Align with program owner/faculty on responsibilities
  • Build show flow and update as program changes
  • Manage scheduling and session availability in LMS (faculty + participants)
  • MS Teams Session creation
  • Produce session / provide service excellence for participants and Faculty

Learner Support:

  • Processes Tier 1 tickets through ticketing queue system and training related tickets for assigned program

Program Management

  • Update master training calendars
  • Update program guides/job aids and schedules as needed based on program scheduling
  • Edits program materials as needed to reflect bi-annual curriculum updates

LMS

  • Supports Tier 1 administrative processes for programs including LMS Session Creation, roster management, enrollments, and assignments

Data & Reporting

  • Conducts learner feedback sessions and shares findings of learning evaluations
  • Collects learner data to determine potential program enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a planning, coordinating or education administration role
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Travel 0-10%

The Wage Range for the role is $22.00 - $32.50/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
