Job Summary
Dorman is looking for a junior AI Automation Developer to help design and build technology automations that improve business efficiency using Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools. This is a hands-on, entry-level role that blends technical development with business analysis. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and collaborating with non-technical users to make their day-to-day work easier. You'll work under the guidance of senior team members to develop, test, and deploy automations that eliminate manual tasks and streamline business processes. This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite roughly 2 to 3 days per week. Preference will be given to local talent. #DormanProducts #LI-EK1 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 to $109,200.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
