Posting Date 11/13/2025 100 Spaulding DrSte 102, Marion, North Carolina, 28752-5115, United States of AmericaThe Data Domain Owner will own and lead the strategic direction, prioritization, and governance for one of DaVita's five enterprise data domains (Patient, Provider, Payer, Teammate, Village). Domain Owners are accountable for ensuring domain data provides substantial enterprise value (e.g., high-quality, accessible, compliant data that enables high-value Village use cases). The Domain Owner will coordinate closely with Data Stewards and Data Custodians across several 'sub-domains' (categories of data within the domain). This role is essential for making the centralization successful because they serve as the voice of the business for that data, ensuring the new Central Data Hub team builds and executes use cases that meet business needs. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
