Paralegal III - Real Estate at DaVita: This position is responsible for preparing, organizing and reviewing documents on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters with a particular emphasis on administering the portfolio of physician subleases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working collaboratively with a high performing team of paralegals, ensuring the sublease portfolio is monitored and managed for renewal deadlines, drafting and engaging in preliminary negotiations on new and amended physician sublease documents, drafting and engaging in preliminary negotiations on lease renewal and other lease-related amendments and supporting documents, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals and deadlines, leading special projects, partnering with real estate and business teams regarding projects, and ensuring renewals are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. An individual in this position will work closely with internal and external business partners and outside counsel when necessary to provide service excellence. The right person for this role will be a team player and be able to work effectively across many different teams and work autonomously to successfully drive and manage sublease and lease renewals and process improvements. This position is based in Denver, Colorado. Our world-class real estate legal team supports every aspect of managing DaVita's real estate portfolio. Responsibilities:
