Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Homme Youth and Family Programs (Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI) Full-Time | 2nd shift 2 PM - 10 PM $18.50/hr (Weekdays) | $20.50/hr (Weekends) 4-day work week | Every other weekend required About Us At Homme Youth and Family Programs, we provide treatment and care for children and adolescents facing severe trauma and delinquency. Our trauma-informed approach focuses on the whole person through structured schedules, therapy, spiritual care, education, and reintegration into the community. We believe in creating a safe, trusting environment where youth can recover, grow, and thrive independently. What You'll Do As a Youth Counselor, you'll work directly with residents (primarily males ages 10-15), serving as a positive role model and advocate. Responsibilities include:
