What to Expect The Manager of Estimating Quality Assurance leads a dedicated team responsible for upholding the integrity and consistency of Tesla's collision estimates. This role establishes the framework for reviewing internal collision centers to ensure they comply with our gold standard of fairness, accuracy, and documentation, thereby reinforcing trust with our insurance partners and customers.
